Forthcoming book by Aperture,
featuring Guggenheim Photography Fellows

Aperture Magazine is publishing a new book detailing the past recipients of the Guggenheim Fellowship in Photography. I was honored to receive this award in 1989, which assisted the creation of two of my series, "Circus Animals Desertion" (1989) and "Wildlives" (1990). This is the original application that I submitted to the Guggenheim committee in 1988, followed by my recent (2019) interview for the forthcoming book by Aperture.
